A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking more than 5 rooms, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit requested is 50% of the total stay, the balance payment is required 28 days prior to arrival. Any rates which include breakfast will consist of continental breakfast. Parking is charged at £13.75 per vehicle, per night - otherwise 3 hours free parking.
