In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that mobile phone signal is may be weak in the area, depending on your provider. Please note the kitchen is small and not designed for cooking large or complicated meals. Please note that it is required that you mention the exact number of guests attending this booking. If there are more than 2 guests, the property will set up the sofa bed for an extra fee. If travelling with children under 2 years, please bring your own cot. Please note that you will receive a separate email from SUPERHOG, the property's risk management partner, to verify yourself. This to protect against any accidental damage to the property. If you don't agree to this step, you will be sent a separate invoice for a GBP 250 refundable damages deposit which will then be refunded back to you within 7 days of your checkout (minus any card fees) provided there are no damages or breakages.
