Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 99 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must complete an online check-in form which includes uploading a copy of their ID and payment of the refundable damage £99 deposit or £30 damage waiver. This property has an electric water heating system, meaning hot water is not constant but is timed to be on during the morning and evening. Guests must take note that they are booking an apartment, which will have its own set of procedures for hot water, heating and other amenities.
