Our Double Rooms have been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay, featuring a double bed, flat-screen TV, and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Each room includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, accessed directly from the bedroom. Please note that our Double Rooms are located across both the first and second floors. Should you prefer a lower floor, please contact us prior to your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Many of our rooms offer charming views of the magnificent Manchester Cathedral or the vibrant city centre skyline, also subject to availability. As each of our rooms is individually styled, room layouts and sizes may vary, and the room allocated to guests may differ from the images shown.

Some rooms offer views of the cathedral or Shambles Square, and selected rooms include a desk, making them ideal for business travellers. Should you have a preference for a particular view or require a desk, please contact us in advance. All requests are subject to availability. Bedroom: You will be allocated one of our cozy small family rooms, within the bedroom there will be 1 x Double bed and 1 x Single bed, TV and tea & coffee making facilities. Bathroom: Our bathroom is en-suite, some of our rooms have a shower only and some may also have a bath (subject to availability - please contact us if you have a preference) this is accessed directly by the bedroom. Please note our Small family rooms are located both on the first, second floor and third floor, if you would like a low floor please reach out to us (subject to availability). Some of our small family rooms boast a lovely view of Manchester Cathedral (subject to request)

Our spacious Large Family Rooms comfortably accommodate families and groups, featuring one double bed and two single beds, along with a private en-suite bathroom. Each room includes complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee making facilities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please note that room layouts may vary. Two of our Large Family Rooms are open plan, while one features a partition door for added privacy. If you would prefer a room with a partition door, please contact us in advance with your request and we will do our very best to accommodate this, subject to availability.

Bathroom: Our bathroom is en-suite with a bath only, this is accessed directly by both the bedroom and the living space. Living Area: Enter a relaxing living space with a TV, 2 x Single sofa beds and a kitchenette with a small fridge and a microwave with tea and coffee making facilities. Please note the is a staircase within the apartment and the apartment features a low door and low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom and is located on the second floor.

This room has a private bathroom, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Please note that this room does not have a window. The room is located at the bottom of a busy staircase and you may experience noise.
