A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you book at least 7 days in advance and for a minimum of 7 nights the property will offer a free airport pickup service (maximum 4 guests) and continental breakfast is free for the first day, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please note that check-in before 15:00 or after 18:00 will incur a surcharge from GBP 45 to GBP 75, depending on arrival time. Booking processing fees will apply to all bookings.
