If the host is abused or harrassed by guests wanting an early check in or is made to feel uncomfortable by the guest, then the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund. - In order to prevent parties and disruption to the neighbours; we have now installed a device that detects the number of people in the property, whether smoking is taking place in the property and whether the noise level is excessive during the stated quiet times. This is linked to a guarding service who will visit the property if the rules are broken. If guards visit, guests may be asked to leave or be removed from the property. This would be without refund and all costs for the guarding service would be passed to the guest.
