You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Parties/events are not allowed. The property cannot accept bookings from local residents. Minimum Age of Lead Booker (and person staying) must be 25. All our bookings include VAT as we are part of the Travel Operators Margin Scheme and we are unable to provide a VAT breakdown. There is no reception at the apartments. Apartments are at 7 & 11 Newington Road and you will be allocated an apartment/s at either or both.
