Located at the foot of Holyrood Park, Pollock Estate offers cozy bed and breakfast accommodations during Edinburgh University's summer break. Each room comes equipped with free Wi-Fi, shared laundry facilities, and a pantry for your convenience. Some rooms also feature TVs and safety deposit boxes. Fresh linen and towels are provided in every room. The estate is just a 1.5-mile walk from Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station and the historic Old Town, where you can explore the Royal Mile and enjoy the city's vibrant festivals. A delicious breakfast spread awaits you at the John McIntyre Conference Centre, just a 5-minute stroll away. Additional amenities include a nearby general store and a dedicated reception desk available 24/7. Please note that from August 21st, contractors will be on site to complete essential pipework, which may cause some noise disruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will ensure alternative walking routes are clearly marked. The contractors will work between 8:30 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
