After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Apartments are fully cleaned after 7 nights. Additional cleaning services are provided, including fresh towels and refuse collection for a surcharge. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
