Pets are welcome at Micklegate only, for an additional charge. * **One-bedroom Deluxe apartments** are located at **Tanner Row** and **do not accommodate children or pets**. * For **Free Cancellation** bookings: * A **20% deposit** is required upfront to secure the reservation. * The remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival. * Bookings made within the month require **full payment upfront**. * Free cancellation is available up to **21 days before arrival**. * Canceling **20–9 days** before arrival incurs **50% of the deposit**. * Canceling **8 days or less** before arrival incurs **100% of the deposit**. * For **Advance Purchase** bookings, **full payment** is taken at the time of booking.
