Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all rooms have a maximum occupancy of two persons, with the exception of the family room and single room. This includes children and babies. Please note that this property does not accept group bookings of more than three rooms.
