Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform The Manor House at Norton Park in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 1700 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Access to the leisure and spa facilities within the adjoining hotel are included within your stay including an indoor pool, gym and spa We require a 25% deposit payable on booking, for bookings made more than 12 weeks prior to arrival. Final payment is due 12 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 12 weeks of arrival, full payment will be required on booking. The property will contact you after you have booked to provide instructions on how to settle the balance.
