This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that if there are significant changes in planned arrival or departure times, please advise the property as soon as possible, as this may result in re-arranging the check-in time or key collection from another location. There is a strictly no smoking policy inside the accommodations. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged a penalty fee of GBP 100. Lost keys will incur a charge from GBP 50 for a replacement or a call out charge.
