You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is limited parking onsite which is on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Please note a GBP 50 pre-authorization will be processed on arrival on top of the rate. This is to cover any incidentals or damages not restricted to noise disturbance / unauthorised party. The hotel doesnt allow visitors in the bedrooms at any point of the stay, a non negotiable charge of £100 is applied if the policy is violated.
