In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The property accepts one adult small breed dog for an additional charge of GBP 15 per night. Please let the property know in advance if you are bringing a dog. Hot Tub: There are Specific Rules Of safe Use of the Hot Tub, this includes an Age Restriction of children 8+. These will be provided in advance of arrival. The Hot Tub may not be available until 6pm on arrival day and can not be used on departure day.
