This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform St Anne's Manor - Luxury Villa with Hot Tub in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 950 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. One dog is accepted on request and they must not be left unattended in the property. A £50 pet fee applies to the booking. There are Specific Rules Of safe Use of the Hot Tub, this includes an Age Restriction of children 8+. These will be provided in advance of arrival. The Hot Tub may not be available until 6pm on arrival day and can not be used on departure day.
