This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform By the Joyous Stays - House with home comforts in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to GBP 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. + Children only allowed to check-in with their parents + Underage or teenagers not allowed for the reservations if it's noted then their reservation will automatically be cancelled and report it as misconduct + In case of parking permit not returned to us, you are liable to pay £120 for the cost of the material and admin fee, plus it will be reported to booking.com as misconduct + In case of house belongings not returned, you are liable to pay not the value of the items only but together with the fixed fee of £95 + In case of stains found on our furniture or other materials, you are liable to pay the full cost of replacement materials and extra cleaning fee, otherwise you will liable to pay fixed £300 penalty fee and it will be reported to booking.com as misconduct + If we found out your reservation is fradualent, we not only cancel your reservation, but it will be reported to booking.com as misconduct, and if needed we will report it to the police also
