This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform VitiLevu House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A holding security deposit of £500 will be charged via Stripe upon booking confirmation. The purpose of a holding security deposit is to secure the rental property for the tenant while also assuring the property owner that funds are available to cover any potential damages or losses and other breaches of the rental agreement. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to inspection for damages of the property. Deductions from the deposit may be made for: Damage beyond normal wear and tear. Costs to repair or replace property, missing or damaged by the tenant. Any violations of the house terms and conditions will result in the full capture of the security deposit If the tenant disputes any deductions made, Farmony Estate will provide mediation to resolve the issue. Check-in time is 4:00 pm. The company will collect £50 for early check-in requests. Check-out time is 10 am. The company will collect £50 for late check-out requests. It can either be paid by the client upon request or it can be deducted from the security deposit upon checkout. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Booking and Payments: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to secure a reservation. Strictly payment first policy All payments must be processed via Bank transfer. The company does not and will not receive cash basis as payment. For any extensions, the date will not be reserved/confirmed unless paid. The minimum age required for rental of property is at least 21 years old. The maximum occupancy of each rental property is specified at the time of booking and must not be exceeded. No animals or pets shall be kept on or about the premises Furniture should not be moved from its original position without the owner's consent. Guests must conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times, respecting the property and its surroundings. Parties, events, and gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum during designated quiet hours. Guests shall not receive a refund in the event the guest's stay is shortened. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay, including but not limited to furniture, fixtures, and amenities. Any missing items or damages must be reported to management immediately. Guests are held liable for any costs associated with repairs or replacements due to negligence or intentional damage. If something does get damaged, however small, please message us as soon as possible. The company will work to get it resolved quickly and easily. Failure to do so will result in a charge to your security deposit. Guests are responsible for their safety and security during their stay. Valuables should be stored securely, and doors and windows should be locked when the property is unoccupied. Emergency contact information and procedures will be provided upon check-in. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that we have a STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY anywhere within our property. If any evidence of smoking is found within the building, there will be an immediate charge of £250 via your security deposit. Any use of cigarettes, vapes, and/or any illegal substances is against our smoking policy. Failure to comply will result in the automatic deduction of security deposits and will be reported to the law enforcement authority if the need arises. All persons in the rental party will be bound by the terms of this Agreement. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED. Farmony Estates reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying guests directly. By providing identification, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all the terms and policies of our rental business. This includes, but is not limited to, rental terms, payment policies, return policies, and any other relevant guidelines. The customer’s agreement to these terms is confirmed by the act of providing valid identification. If a customer cannot provide the required identification, the rental will be denied. Falsifying or providing fraudulent identification will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement and may lead to legal action and full capture of security deposit Repeat offenders will be banned from renting from our business in the future. Privacy and Data Protection: All identification information collected will be stored securely and used solely for verification purposes. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Identification records will be kept for the duration of the rental agreement and then securely destroyed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
