You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can hire bed linen for their stay for the following extra charges: Bed linen: - GBP 8 per set (King Size / Double Duvet cover, bottom sheet and up to 4 pillow cases) - GBP 5 per set (Single Duvet cover, bottom sheet and up to 2 pillow cases) PLEASE ALSO NOTE Pets are permitted if permission is requested in advance. Pets are allowed in our basement apartments only (do not arrive with pets without requesting permission first), permission must be requested upon making your booking and before payment taken, this is subject to availability.
