You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. From time to time a room move may be required to accommodate you during your stay. On making your reservation should this be the case we will notify you immediately. Dress Code during evening dinner service: Belmont Restaurant - Jacket & Tie preferred (no ripped denim, sportswear, beachwear or trainers). Horizon Restaurant - Smart Casual (no beachwear). January 2025 - for selected rooms overlooking the courtyard there will be maintenance work being carried out on the outside of the building from the 7th January to the end of the month. Whilst the maintenance is being carried out, there will be scaffolding outside the windows and the views will be obscured. There will be noise from the work during the day, Monday - Friday.
