Please inform KSpace @ The Point in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property provides a key box collection check in service from 2.30PM onwards. The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor and guests will be sent the details around 24hrs prior to arrival. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. Please note KSpace @ The Point do not operate a reception. Checkin is via a keybox on site. For stays of over 7 days, cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. Pets are allowed upon request, a charge of £10 per night applies and a pet deposit of £150 will be taken.
