If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to GBP 250 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. The apartment is on the second floor, there are 2 flights of stairs leading to this. There are also 12 steps from street level to the building entrance; this property is not suitable for anyone who is unable to climb steps. Please do not smoke in the property, a £50 damage/cleaning fee will be charged to you if you do break the house rules. Please check-out on time, a late check-out fee of £25 will be charged if you are more than 15 mins late, and a further £25 for every half hour you are late after that. The building will have scaffolding up around it between 6th January 2025 to 31st May 2025, with potentially noisy work to the exterior of the building between on Monday - Fridays, 8am to 5pm.
