This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can only be accessed via stairs. Please note that guests are required to climb 12 steps from street level to the building entrance. This property is not suitable for anyone who is unable to climb steps. Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of GBP 50. Please note that an additional charge of GBP 25 will apply for late check-out for more than 15 minutes, and an additional GBP 25 for every 30 minutes late. Scaffolding work will be carried out from January 6th, 2025 to May 31st, 2025 from 08:00 to 17:00. And the property may be affected by noise. Please be advised that this is beyond our control and we have reflected this inconvenience in the price.
