Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. PLEASE NOTE – External cladding works are nearing completion. Scaffolding is currently erected on the block. The top two floors also have white netting surrounding them, which obscures the views. Work is being carried out on other parts of the block so there will still be workmen on site between 8am-5pm on weekdays. The works are due to be completed at the end of May. Price reductions of 15% have been applied to the price of the property until the end of May, to reflect any inconvenience incurred.
