You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21 - Infants will be counted as a guest - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found) - If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning) - All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property. - Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £30 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.
