This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note – Building works at Harbour Reach – The block managers have advised there are extensive works planned around Pelican House from the beginning of September 2024 for a year. There are works going on to other blocks within the development so there may be contractors working on site but not on this block. The works are to deal with façade, roof and balcony door / window issues. The entire project for the development is estimated to take two years and impact various elements of the development at different stages. We will continue to update our marketing as further details are received and update guests accordingly. PLEASE NOTE – Façade works are currently being undertaken in this development and scaffolding is being erected with netting covering the block, which will obscure views. The works will be carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are offering price reductions of 20% on guest stays during the time the apartment is scheduled to be impacted and the figures quoted reflect this discount. The works on the development are underway and scheduled to run until the end of October 2025. Please contact us should you require an update on the programme. The price reduction for Harbourside Retreat is from June 2024 to 31st October 2025.
