After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please note a pre-authorisation of £1.00 is required in order to check-in to your apartment. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorisation. This must be processed via PDQ. Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed)- We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome.
