Please inform Eton Court Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is no reception at the accommodation. Eton Court will contact the guest with 72 hours of the booking via either email with the full booking confirmation and expected time of arrival. All bookings require a refundable security deposit. The deposit ranges from GBP 120 to GBP 210 depending on the apartment booked. Electric, gas, and water are included in the price. Guests receive 1 parking space per accommodation booked via a parking permit displayed in guests' car. Please note that the maximum number of people the apartment sleep includes any children. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25 per pet, per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pet(s) is allowed Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 50 kilos.
