When booking a suite for five or more people, we consider it a group and apply specific terms and conditions based on the number of guests. Please note that we don't accept parties and guests are not allowed to gather in individual suites. For Studio Suites and One Bedroom Suites, a £100 security deposit is required for stays up to six nights. For Two Bedroom Suites or longer stays, a £250 deposit is needed. The deposit can be paid before arrival or upon check-in. We'll refund the deposit after departure minus any damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it may take up to seven working days for the security deposit to be credited back to your account. Non-UK bank cards and prepaid cards might take longer.
