The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property is located in a building with no elevator. Please note the single bed is a single folding bed in the apartment. Bed linen for the sofa bed is not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of GBP 30. Bed linens included in the rate are for 2 persons per bed.
