This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid passport photo and cell phone number at check-in. If you require a cot, you must notify the property four days before your arrival. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed to stay at the property. For early check-in, please note that additional charge will apply. The early check-in charges are as follows: - from noon : EUR 150 - After 13:00 : EUR 70 - From 14:00–15:00 : EUR 50 - After 16:00 : free For late check-out, please note that an additional charge will apply, which may be claimed from your damage deposit. The late check-out charges are as follows: - First hour: EUR 70 - Each additional hour: EUR 150 - Longer than two hours: EUR 350 Please contact the property in case you are arriving early. A surcharge of EUR 100 applies for check-in between 19:00 and 22:00 Please note that an additional charge of EUR 150 will apply for check-in outside of scheduled hours. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Eating and drinking in the bedroom is not allowed.
