This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time so the keys can be handed over. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking. If guests check-in late, they are requested to collect keys from Cromwell Crown Hotel, 139-141 Cromwell Road, SW7 4DX. Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Guest without ID will not be granted access to the property. Please note there are no lift facilities. Please note that parties are not permitted in the apartment.
