The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be advised of the following important information: Check-in times are strictly between 15:00 and 00:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM unless previously arranged. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided two days prior to your arrival. Early check-ins are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 20 GBP per hour. Late check-outs are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 20 GBP per hour until 14:00. After 14:00, a full day's rate will be charged. When making a reservation, kindly provide the names of all guests who will be staying. Only guests listed in the reservation may occupy the property. A fee of 500 GBP will be applied if smoking occurs and odour remains in the apartment. For reservations exceeding 7 days, the apartment will be cleaned and linens/towels will be changed.
