You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 45 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bookings are only accepted from guests aged 18 years or older. Please note that photo ID matching the name on the credit card used to book with is required on arrival. A pre-authorisation of GBP 150 will be required upon arrival to guarantee against damages or incidental charges. For any prepaid accommodation we will require for the card holder to present the same card at time of check-in which was used at the time of booking.
