Please inform Luxury Central London Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. If guests are found to violate these rules, they will be evicted without any refunds. All bookings are subject to name and address verification. Please note that this name must match the original name used to make the booking (If the name on the booking has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name but reserve the right to request ID for the modified name in addition). Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.
