If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Hyde Park Suites in advance. Once guests have checked in, the total of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable. Please note the apartments don't have a lift and the staff will assist guests who require help with their luggage. A smart property with the newest technology where guests can do online check-in from the comfort of their homes and on arrival date by 2pm (excluding the Three Bedroom Apartment which has a physical key), guests will receive an email from TLJ key system with instructions on how to retrieve a unique virtual key card that will allow them to open both building door and flat door by touching their mobile phones on the designated electronic locks. Before making a reservations, you must make sure that you will have a smart mobile phone charged and you will have access to your email linked to Booking.com account. Set in central London, Hyde Park Suites is a few minutes walk from 2 Underground stations: Bayswater and Queensway which will be a short travel by tube to touristic destinations and main train stations. We offer free WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen in the studio category only. (Double rooms will not have a kitchen). These rooms/flats have a mix of wooden and carpet flooring throughout, and all have modern furnishings. In the studio category only, each kitchen features a cooker, microwave and kitchenware for guests to use. The units also all have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Hairdryers and ironing equipment are both provided.
