The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, early and late check-ins, and late check-outs, cannot be accommodated at the property. The keys can be collected from a location less than 10 minutes from the apartment. Guests must contact the property prior to arrival if they wish to bring visitors to the property. Please note the lead guest must be 25 years and older. Parking is available, subject to availability and at a cost of GBP 15 per night; this fee is nonrefundable, even if the booking is subsequently canceled. There is only 1 parking space available at this property. Please note that a copy of the guest photo ID need to be sent to the property prior to arrival. All bookings are subject to name and address verification. Please note that this name must match the original name used to make the booking (If the name on the booking has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name but reserve the right to request ID for the modified name in addition). Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds. IF ARRIVAL IS IN MORE THAN 60 DAYS: FIRST 50% PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND THE SECOND 50% PAYMENT IS REQUIRED 60 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN DATE IF ARRIVAL IS IN LESS THAN 60 DAYS: 100% PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FREE CANCELLATION IF BOOKING IS CANCELLED MORE THAN 60 DAYS BEFORE CHECK-IN. ANY PAYMENTS MADE WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED NON-REFUNDABLE IF CANCELLED LESS THAN 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL.
