If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to GBP 880 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please don’t smoke in our apartment or in the communal areas of the building. It’s not in allowed by UK law, and it affects our neighbours. Unfortunately if we do discover there has been smoking in the apartment, there will be fine of £1000. If you smoke outside, please don't smoke directly outside the building, please make sure to smoke a few metres away - this is to stop smoke from coming inside the building. Please also make sure to dispose of your cigarettes properly when they are finished. Check out time is at 10am if our cleaning assistant arrives and guests are still in the apartment. The guests would need to pay for additional time compensation for cleaner, administration, postponing other apartments cleaning and inconvinience for the next guests who are checking in same day. Every hour additional not checking out would cost £50 after 10am. By asking us to come and open the door for any reason such as forgetting keys inside apartment and not being able to use appropriately key would cost £200 in respect of our time and resources.
