This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Checkin after 20:00 is available upon request and prior arrangement, for an additional fee of GBP 50. Please note that properties may be located within 15 minutes walk from the advertised area and the pictures shown are selected from several apartments. The apartments are of a similar standard, but may differ to the ones shown. Guests are required to show the same credit card that has been used to make the booking. Checkout after 10:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 60, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Late checkout is up to 13:00 only. Please note that keys are collected from our reception office near Camden Town station.
