You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 600 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note construction works are taking place next door from June. You may experience minor disturbances. A late check-in fee of GBP 175 in cash is required for arrivals after 20:00. Please note, for late arrivals after 20:00 the damage deposit is required in advance. Kindly note, if guests require an extra bed in the living room an air mattress will be provided. The card provided for booking should be presented upon check-in.
