You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. How does the check-in work? At Book a Bed Hostel, our check-in process is simple and hassle-free. After completing your booking, you'll receive an email from us with a link for online check-in. Click the link to register yourself and any guests. Once you've filled out the necessary details, your check-in is done! Prefer to check-in at the hostel? No problem! You can also check in by scanning any of the check-in QR codes located at the property. On the day of your arrival, we'll send you a PIN code via email. This PIN is all you need to access both the building and your room. With it, you can come and go as you like—no queues at reception, no lost keycards, and no extra fees for late check-in! We don’t have an on-site reception, and staff may not always be present, but our technology allows you to check-in and access your room with ease.
