You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a children high chair can be supplied at an extra GBP 10 charge each or GBP 15 charge for 2. Please note we now take payments by bank transfer. We also require credit or debit card information for payment of the £100.00 security deposit on the day before the guest arrives.
