You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We will require the following prior to arrival Via our secure online Guest Registration minimum of 7 days before arrival. * A valid personal email generic booking email cannot be accepted. * A valid phone number including prefix code for all staying guests no phone number no access. * An estimated time of arrival. * A signed Group registration and £50 per person damage deposit prior to arrival no exceptions. * A copy of ID from all parties attending the property is sent with the contract.
