This property is located in a busy area in the city centre, guests may experience some noise from outside. Most apartments are fitted with a sani-flow macerator pump in the shower rooms and kitchens, you will experience a noise when the toilet is flushed and water is running. This property accommodates guests on a long term basis and all guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise internally. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The property charges this as a pre-authorisation 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit or debit card. You will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out.
