Our cozy B&B is situated just a 5-minute walk from the vibrant city center, offering comfortable accommodations with a lovely garden and free private parking on site (subject to availability). All rooms except Room 6 and Room 7 boast en-suite bathroom facilities, while tea and coffee-making amenities are also provided in each room. Rooms 6 and 7 have a shared bathroom, but guests in these rooms enjoy exclusive access to it. You can pre-order breakfast at an additional cost. We offer self-check-in and check-out, with room numbers sent prior to your arrival date. Simply follow the signs on site to find your bedroom. Our property is just an 8-minute stroll from the River Ness, Inverness Castle, and the Inverness Tourist Information Centre. A nearby golf course is only a 3-minute drive away.
