This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 75 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. While we don't have 24-hour reception, late arrivals are available by prior arrangement, with an email for Self Service Arrival instructions for access and to find your own room. Check-in before 16:00 only by prior arrangement for GBP 10. Parking only until 10 AM check-out, can't reserve spaces: some spaces at front; can park on side roads on single yellow lines from 5PM - 9AM weekdays & all weekend. £10 to park car or small vehicle in Gated Back Car Park; £15 for large van/ vehicle taking more than 1 parking space, as available. 1 vehicle per room, £10 charge 2nd vehicle; to park after 10 AM £10 charge. Visitors are not allowed to meet guests in their rooms but can meet in the dining room. All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Check-out is 10:00 AM: failure to check-out by 10:00 incurs a fee of 10 GBP per hour. Bags can only be left after check-out by prior agreement, for check-out day only, incurs £10 fee per person and requires an agreed fixed time to collect bags.
