Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in after 17:00 is not possible without prior arrangement, which must be made 24 hours before arrival. A contact number must be provided at the time of booking so the hotel can contact guests with the security codes to enter the building and to advise where the keys are to be collected from. Towels are available upon prior request at an additional GBP 5 per towel. If towels are required please advise at least one week prior to arrival.
