Limited mobile signal due to the property being rural but there is wifi plus a landline for any incoming calls+ emergency calls out. Two dining areas and a woodburner in sitting room with TV, CD player, DAB radio, Internet radio and Bluetooth speaker. Undercounter fridge and family size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Travel cot, highchair, booster seat and stairgate available. Off road parking for three cars and a Podpoint EV charger. Note: This is a roadside property, please do supervise children when in the car parking area. Note: The area is rural with fields of cows to be seen. Note: There are wild sheep in the woods at the back of the property, please keep the perimeter gate closed to ensure sheep do not access the property grounds.
