This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Marcassie Farm Lodges - Birch Studio in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let us know at least 24 hours before you arrive if you require your bed(s) to be made up as 1 King (150x190) or 2 Singles (75x190). The £20 charge for use of 1 extra bed applies only if 1 extra bed set (single duvet, pillow, covers, single sheet + 1 bath towel) is required. Please let us know if you require this. Well behaved dogs over 1 year old are welcome. There is a £20 charge pr dog pr stay. Dogs should have their own bed and not be allowed on the beds or furniture, or be left in the property on their own. Please bring your own covers if furniture will need protecting. Dogs need to be kept on a lead at all times when outside and dog poo picked up and disposed of in the big green bins.
