You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 30 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there are several steps to the main entrance of the property and the lift to the rooms does not fit a full size wheelchair. Cash is not accepted. Guest should call the hotel before 10 pm if they are planning to check-in post 11 pm. In case if prior information is not passed on to the hotel before 10 pm, it might incur late check-in charges up to GBP 50 which is totally at the consent of the hotel. The Southcliff Hotel Folkestone is currently undergoing exciting refurbishments to enhance your future stays with us. Restaurant is closed during the refurbishment; hence we are not serving any breakfast or food. Please be aware that work is taking place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm daily.
