You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property will send a formal confirmation email following a successful booking payment, detailing the very important information regarding your stay. Check-in after 19:00 is possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. The following late check-in fees will be charged in cash: 19:00 until 22:30: GBP 15 22:30 until 00:00: GBP 30 00:00 until 02:00: GBP 50. Please note the accommodation is located on the second floor, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
